Dr. Angie Wong

Dr. Angie Wong was born and raised in Los Angeles. She worked with dog rescue organizations and was a veterinary technician throughout high school and college. After graduating from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, she realized her dream to help animals by obtaining a doctorate in Veterinary medicine from the University of Florida. A year-long internship at the Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group in Santa Barbara and a short stay at the Los Angeles Zoo followed. 

Dr. Wong then found her home among the friendly clients, cute patients, and caring staff of Washington Dog and Cat Hospital, where she works four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). Her special interests are soft tissue surgery and emergency. She loves to come in every day to meet new patients, talk to clients, figure out cases and make your pets feel better when they are sick. She hopes to meet you and your 4-legged furry loved ones soon.
